MiJOBmatch – Refund Policy

At MiJOBmatch, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent process for handling
payments and refunds. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for paid
listings, subscriptions, and other services on our platform. By using MiJOBmatch, you agree to the
terms stated below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment—where the same transaction is processed more than once.
- Platform error—where a technical fault prevents the paid listing from going live or functioning as
intended.
- Service unavailability – if MiJOBmatch is unable to deliver the purchased service.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Cancellations made after the listing has gone live on the platform.
- Dissatisfaction with responses, applications, or the number of views on a listing.
- Job Providers cancelling a listing after candidates have already applied or been shortlisted.
- Job Seekers withdrawing from a paid application after submission.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
1. Email admin@mijobmatch.com with:
- Your full name and account details.
- The transaction reference number.
- The reason for the refund request.
2. Requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the transaction date.
3. MiJOBmatch will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
4. Refund Method and Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used.
- Processing time is typically 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Disputes
If you believe you are entitled to a refund but your request has been declined:
- You may escalate the matter to our Dispute Resolution team via admin@mijobmatch.com.
- MiJOBmatch’s decision after internal review will be final.
6. Amendments
MiJOBmatch reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The updated version will be
published on our website and app, with the effective date clearly stated.
